Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.A deposit may be required for larger projects, special orders, or materials.Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment.Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.In the event of unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety concerns, or emergencies), we reserve the right to reschedule services.

4. Warranties & Liability

We stand behind our workmanship and may offer a limited warranty on certain services. Warranty details will be provided in writing if applicable.We are not responsible for pre-existing electrical issues, damages caused by third parties, or failures due to misuse or lack of maintenance.Customers must ensure the worksite is safe and accessible for our technicians.

Customers must provide accurate information about their electrical needs, site conditions, and any known issues.If additional work is required beyond the agreed scope, it will be discussed and billed accordingly.Customers must maintain a safe work environment for our electricians.
